A Novel Flux-weakening Control Method with Quadrature Voltage Constrain for Electrolytic Capacitorless PMSM Drives

چکیده

In electrolytic capacitorless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives, the DC-link voltage will fluctuate in a wide range due to use of slim film capacitor. When flux-weakening current is lower than $-\psi_{\mathrm{f}}/L_{\mathrm{d}}$ during high speed operation, control loop transform positive feedback mode, which means reduction lead acceleration saturation, thus whole system be unstable. order solve this issue, paper proposes novel method for drives maintain negative characteristic operation. Based on analysis instability mechanism region, quadrature constrain constructed stabilize system. Meanwhile, parameters controller are theoretically designed easier industrial application. The proposed algorithm implemented 1.5kW PMSM drive verify effectiveness performance.
